Small Cheese Plane

This mini cheese plane is small in size, but mighty in style!  At only 8" long, it will easily fit on a cheese board to serve your guests.   We start with a flexible stainless steel plane blade, weld on the handle accented with our signature hammered leaf, then buff the piece to a high polish.  This plane has enough of  an edge to easily shave semi hard cheeses. No special care required - this piece is dish-washer safe and ready to use!
