Unique, soft and absorbent, fast drying flour sack towel designed with hand folded Japanese Shibori and dyed in natural indigo. Hand dyed in small batches by Fiber and Mud on a duel-product farm that raises indigo for dying and alpaca for fiber.

Shibori is the Japanese art of shaped resist dyeing. Textiles are compressed by binding, wrapping, stitching & folding techniques that create a resist when dyed, then dipped 3-7 times in an indigo vat on our farm.  While each piece is similarly wrapped, all are unique due to the hand tied and hand dyed process
