Deeply brushed sterling silver studs complement all Naomi styles and are perfect on their own. With higher-than-center posts and comfort disk backs, they sit squarely(!) in place. Available here in their 13mm size.
As with all sterling silver, store in plastic between wearings to hinder tarnishing. If cleaning is necessary, use a jewelry polishing cloth made for sterling.
